Preview and Download
View file contents right in the browser without downloading to your computer.
Z-Files integrates with Z-Preview to allow you to view the contents of your files directly in the browser.
Online Preview
Simply click on a file name to open the preview mode. Z-Files supports high-fidelity previewing for many file types, including:
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Hancom Office (HWP, HWPX, CELL, SHOW)
- PDFs and Images
- Source Code with syntax highlighting
- Video & Audio playback

Downloading
Download a Single File
Right-click on a file → select Download. Or click the Download button inside the preview view.
Download Multiple Files
- Select multiple files by holding Ctrl (or Cmd on Mac) and clicking each file.
- Right-click → select Download.
- The system will package them into a single ZIP file for download.
Tip: Use the preview mode to quickly check file contents before downloading, saving you time and local storage space.
