Connect Google Drive & Dropbox
Already have files on Google Drive or Dropbox? Bring them along. Z-Files lets you connect your personal Google Drive and Dropbox accounts, browse your existing files, and pull them into Z-Files in just a few clicks.
Once downloaded, your files become part of the Z-Cloud Workspace ecosystem — preview them with Z-Preview, share via Z-Chat, attach to Z-Mails, or link them in Z-Tasks, all without switching between platforms.

Tip: Connecting your account doesn't auto-sync everything — you choose exactly which files to bring into Z-Files. This keeps your organization's storage under full control.
Accessing Z-Files
Click the Z-Files icon on the app bar to open the file management interface. You'll see your folders and files, along with folders shared by colleagues.
