Chatwork
Read and reply to your Chatwork messages — rooms, direct chats, files, and tasks — right inside Z-Chat.
Connect your Chatwork account to browse your rooms and read & reply to messages without leaving Z-Chat. See also: Connect Slack & Chatwork.
Connecting
Open Profile → Marketplace and open the Chatwork card. You can connect in two ways:
- Connect with OAuth (recommended) — click the button, sign in on Chatwork's own secure screen, and approve. No password is shared, and the connection refreshes itself in the background.
- Use an API token instead (alternative) — expand this option, then paste your personal Chatwork API token. You can find it in Chatwork under Settings → API.
Once connected, the Chatwork panel appears in Z-Chat's sidebar.
What You Can Do
- Browse all the Chatwork rooms you belong to, including 1-on-1 direct chats.
- Read the full message history of any room.
- Send messages and reply to a specific message.
- Edit or delete your own messages.
- Add emoticons as reactions.
- Mention people (
To:) or everyone in the room (To all). - Tasks — see your Chatwork tasks, with their status and due dates.
- Files — upload files (up to 5 MB each) and download or preview files shared in a room.
Real-Time Updates
By default, Z-Chat refreshes your Chatwork conversations every few seconds.
For instant updates, you can turn on Real-time updates (Webhook) from the Chatwork card:
- In the card's Real-time updates section, copy the Request URL shown.
- In Chatwork, create a Webhook using that Request URL.
- Back in Z-Chat, paste the webhook's Webhook ID and token, then enable it.
Once active, new messages appear instantly. Without it, the regular refresh keeps everything up to date — the webhook is optional.
Disconnecting
Open the Chatwork card in the Marketplace and choose Uninstall.
"Reconnect needed"? If your Chatwork access is revoked or expires and can't be renewed, Z-Chat shows a reconnect prompt. Open the Chatwork card in the Marketplace and connect again.
